• Minimum 2 night stay WITH SOME EXCEPTIONS. If there is an standalone room- There is an $65.00 surcharge for one night bookings (Thursday to Saturday), $38 surcharge for one night bookings (Sun to Wed) applicable on all rooms in both high and off season.
• SINGLE NIGHT standalone stays- If you have a problem booking for a single night please contact the hotel directly at 416-875-1053. We would be happy to assist you in your booking and checking that the date is eligible as a standalone room.
• Select Sunday, Monday, Tues and Wednesdays may be booked as a SINGLE NIGHT. Book or call for details and dates. Standalone rooms are also available for select nights.
• Check in time: 2:30 pm. Check-out 10:30 am. Any other check-in time must be pre-arranged with Heather.
• A deposit of $75.00 per room per night is required at time of booking.
• If booking is cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $75.00 processing fee. With less than 14 days’ notice, your deposit will be gladly returned (less the processing fee of $75.00) if we are able to rebook the room. Full payment required otherwise.
• Guests will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any breakages, missing items, or damage to property and furnishings, linens, towels or rugs. Cost of cleaning, repair or replacement will be charged to the credit card number used to reserve the room.
• Lost & Found: If any valuables are left on the premises, we will attempt to reach the guest. Items can be shipped back at the owner’s expense. If we are unable to reach the guest, items will be placed in our Lost & Found and donated to charity after 60 days.
• No Smoking: There is No Smoking or Vaping (electronic cigarettes) in the house. Also, No use of candles or incense.
If it is found that a person has been smoking, vaping, burning candles or incense in the house, extra charges will be charged based on the fee for professional smoke cleaning services (min. rate $50/hr), plus a fee for loss of business for that room while this occurs.
• Lost Keys: If room keys are not returned within 14 days a $125 charge will be levied to replace the lock.
• Allergies & Health Conditions: The Chisholms in Stratford B&B does not assume responsibility for allergic reactions or other health conditions. While we do accommodate dietary restrictions, foods prepared in our kitchen, or brought in, may have come in contact with allergenic ingredients such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. The Chisholms in Stratford B&B is not responsible for any health conditions experienced by our guests.
• Pets: Our dog, Bobbie, lives in the owner’s area and has access occasionally to the front hall.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and e-transfer.
• 13% H.S.T. will apply.
